Glitch Resolved

Some of you have complained to us that you were unable to order DVDs through our online store. Yesterday, with the help of one frustrated customer we walked through the steps together and discovered that her email address was being rejected.

Why? It turns out that this store was built to reject Hotmail and Gmail addresses. Who knew?

So we've made the change and now any email address will work - as long as it can be verified as a valid address.

We apologize for any frustration this may have caused and hope that you will all now be able to enjoy the convenience of our online store.
